Thanks HL Team for another fun course Back to a more moderate breeze here (18 knots vs 21 the past few weeks) This is nice as one has a bit more time to think about her next moves... Remember, anticipation is key to a fast lap (true as well in racing) I still managed to make some navigation mistake, with those 2 islands coming in close one after the other, i started bearing away after the 1st one on leg 6 (#5->#6). Ooops I like the fact that the beats are open enough that we can really speed along them, especially on the foiling cats Big differences can be made on those beats, especially for those managing to foil on the FS the longest... on that looooong 2nd leg especially... This week is also about swift maneuvers: fast tacks and efficient gybes, trimming sails quickly afterwards. Very good practice indeed. Finally, a delicate downwind, the last leg being exactly in the wind axis... Timing the gybes while avoiding the tip of island 1, and making the line without losing too much speed will also be decisive... Enjoy, y'all... and have Fun
